We will setup Skype or another preferred platform.. Give instructions and a couple of practice sessions so it will be smooth running.

You can still see them, even if you can’t make it in person.

But it is the next best thing.
And it will help you, if you can’t get there—saving you loads of time and it will still be a wonderful experience for your folks
or your friend.
We will arrange a mutually convenient time, take our equipment, facilitate the video call – and take everything away – leaving them with happy memories and no hassles!

SMALL PRINT

The in-home sessions are available in the South and East of Melbourne, and Mornington Peninsula, Victoria Australia.
Other select areas may be available – please check when enquiring.Remote sessions can be arranged.
Individual sessions generally last no more than one hour, as they are focused on one person, there is a lot to
absorb and there is a risk of overwhelm, which is definitely what we don’t want.
             
Family Get Together Package (Call me!) is strictly one hour.
        
Coordination with family members by email or phone, where appropriate.
Cancellation of session requires 24 hours notice, or forfeit $50 booking fee.
